• Move away from too many disparate systems. The more systems there are to update and balance the more time is wasted. Use your ERP solution for as many processes it can cater for and then integrate to other systems. 
• If there are any system integrations, ensure these are monitored throughout the month and issues are identified and resolved. Don’t leave it to the last day of the month. Moving from one ERP to the next ERP might remove the need for separate systems.
