They can then be validated one by one using this function or in bulk using the Invoice validation function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">To use this function, there must be some minor pre-setup done.&nbsp; This can be setup on the Customer and it can be setup on each individual sales order when the user is creating it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>1) Select the Invoicing mode on a customer with multiple sites\/addresses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">a) Navigate to Common data&gt; BPs&gt; Customers <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">b) Select the Customer with multiple sites\/addresses, as you want to group the delivery per invoice per ship-to address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"297\" tab <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">d) Under the \u201c<strong>Invoicing<\/strong>\u201d section, select from \u201c<strong>One\/ship to<\/strong>\u201d as the invoicing mode.&nbsp; This means one invoice will be created for each ship-to site, doesn\u2019t matter how many deliveries were made<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" sites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">a) This sales order will require 2 deliveries to \u201cPLNT1\u201d and 2 deliveries to \u201cPLNT2\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div ship-to address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">a) Navigate to Sales&gt;Invoices&gt;Delivery auto invoicing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">b) Under the \u201c<strong>Selection criteria<\/strong>\u201d section enter the relevant Company, Sales site, invoicing type and other relevant invoicing information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">c) Next select the \u201c<strong>Bill-to Customer<\/strong>\u201d and click on [OK] in the right panel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"705\" height=\"275\"
