This Tip & Trick will show you how to locate or add a Company or Database on your Login screen in Sage 200 Evolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add or Locate your Company\/Databases, do the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/strong> – Navigate to the Sage 200 Evolution Login Screen and click on the Locate button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 2 <\/strong>– On the next screen click on the drop-down arrow and identify the correct SQL server name and authentication<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3 <\/strong>– Next you will Select your relevant authentication (Windows NT or SQL authentication). Please note that the SQL authentication will require you to enter the correct SQL Login name and password<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4 <\/strong>– You will then be required to click on the drop-down on Company name to select your relevant company or database<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5<\/strong> – Click on Next<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6 <\/strong>– On the next screen you will need to identify your Common Database name. First untick the option “Use Common Database on the same server” and identify the SQL server name<\/p>\n\n\n\n
