This will allow the user (the Signing User) to not necessary have to log on into Sage X3. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-palette-color-4-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>If the workflows are not setup properly these links will usually not work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-4-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>WARNING<\/strong> &#8211; The link which is generated is based upon the link used by the user signing into X3. For example if John logs in via&nbsp;<strong>http:\/\/localhost:8124<\/strong>, this will be part of the signature link.&nbsp;Localhost&nbsp;is not resolvable outside the domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-2-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>In order to configure the workflow properly, use the following steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-2-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Step 1<\/strong> &#8211; Make sure that the X3 Web Services are installed on the SAFE X3 management Console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Make sure that the X3 Web Services are installed on the SAFE X3 management Console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Open the SAFE X3 System Management Console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Select the&nbsp;<strong>WEB Servers<\/strong>&nbsp;option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Check if there is a&nbsp;<strong>Web Server<\/strong>&nbsp;configured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Take note of the&nbsp;<strong>Port<\/strong>&nbsp;used to connect to the&nbsp;<strong>Web Server<\/strong>. This will be used in the configuration steps below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-2-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Step 2<\/strong> &#8211; Enter the proper parameters on your Production and\/or Test Folder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Go to&nbsp;<strong>Setup, Gen parameters, Parameter values<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Double-click&nbsp;<strong>SUP Supervisor&nbsp;<\/strong>to expand it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Select the&nbsp;<strong>SUPERVISOR<\/strong>&nbsp;chapter<strong>, FOLDER, &lt;&lt;YOUR PRODUCTION\/TEST FOLDER&gt;&gt;.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Select the Group&nbsp;<strong>WRK<\/strong>, the right click and select&nbsp;<strong>DETAIL.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">On the parameter values window, enter the following information ( remember that the names has to coincide with the server settings on the X3 Console)<ul><li>Parameter&nbsp;<strong>SERMES<\/strong>&nbsp;: enter your e-mail server name or IP address. If you don&#8217;t user an e-mail server, enter&nbsp;<strong>RELAY.MAILINTERNAL.COM<\/strong><\/li><li>Parameter&nbsp;<strong>WRKRMTDIR<\/strong>:&nbsp;<strong>[install drive]:\\Sage\\[SolutionName]\\FOLDER\\[foldername]<\/strong>.  <ul><li>Example: E:\\SAGE\\SAGEX3V7\\FOLDERS\\SEED<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Parameter&nbsp;<strong>WRKRMTHTTP<\/strong>:&nbsp;<strong>&lt;&lt;SERVERNAME&gt;&gt;:&lt;&lt;PORT CONFIGURATION&gt;&gt;\/sdata\/x3\/erp\/&lt;&lt;FOLDER&gt;&gt;\/$service<\/strong> <ul><li>(For example: localhost:8124\/sdata\/x3\/erp\/&lt;&lt;FOLDER&gt;&gt;\/$service)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parameter&nbsp;<strong>WRKRMTMAC&nbsp;<\/strong>:&nbsp;<strong>&lt;&lt;SERVERNAME&gt;&gt;:&lt;&lt;PORT CONFIGURATION&gt;&gt;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Legacy parameter.
