Language:&nbsp;<\/strong>this will use the language specified in the&nbsp;<strong>Communication&nbsp;Language&nbsp;<\/strong>field on the&nbsp;<strong>Employee Rule &gt; Information Tab<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Company Rule Language:&nbsp;<\/strong>this will use the language specified in the&nbsp;<strong>Report Language Type&nbsp;<\/strong>field linked on the Default Rules screen of the Company Rule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Specified Language:&nbsp;<\/strong>choose the language that should be used for this specific report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>User Language:&nbsp;<\/strong>Language that the User logs in with which is setup under&nbsp;<strong>System Tools &gt; Own User Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-1-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Note &#8211; Make sure that the&nbsp;<strong>Replace Filters and Sorts with Current&nbsp;<\/strong>checkbox is checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-1-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Languages should be set up under System Tools \u2013 Localisation Setup.
